In the Cortex (ITC) Program Commitment
As a willing participant in any In the Cortex programs:
- I understand that the results of my participation in the ITC program are completely dependent on how much I follow the program, and I will see results as long as I follow the exercises lined out in the program.
- I agree to take advantage of the online ITC community whenever possible. I am aware that the program has sufficient material to help me integrate this process into my daily life, and I can always reach out to In the Cortex with questions. However, I can seek out the support of a private brain coach (at an extra cost) if I need one-to-one guidance implementing these techniques.
- I understand that I am the one committing to changing my brain first. If anyone else in my family is not cooperating, it is my responsibility to put the attention on myself first.
- I understand and accept that there are no refunds and no payment plan cancellations once enrolled in the program.
- I understand that taking part in this program does not grant me the training required to become a certified Brain Coach and I agree to refrain from using the movements and tools contained in this program for professional gain until I have completed the ITC Brain Coach Training Program.
In the Cortex (ITC) Program Clarifications & Liability Waiver
In consideration of the services of In the Cortex, its agents, owners, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf, I hereby agree to release and discharge In the Cortex on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
- ITC is not a medical program nor are its activities considered therapy. Therefore, medical insurance or flex plans do not apply.
- It is a misrepresentation of the ITC program to use the information presented as part of our courses as the basis to diagnose anyone with a learning disability.
- Parents assume full responsibility and liability for whatever they decide to implement with their children related to the ITC program.
- All materials, techniques, and methods provided to participants are proprietary to ITC.
- I understand that the In the Cortex program is an educational program meant to teach members the movements necessary to integrate retained primitive reflexes, develop primitive brain regions, and reprogram limiting subconscious beliefs. In no way is the In the Cortex program a replacement for medical counsel or treatment.
- By accepting these terms, I will not hold In the Cortex responsible for any injury, illness, or lack of results while engaged in the program. I acknowledge that Danielle Perrecone and Paloma Garcia are not physicians or medical practitioners. My participation in this program is voluntary, and by signing this waiver I accept responsibility for any harm, injury, illness, or death that may result from my participation.
- I have read this liability waiver and assumption of risk and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend my acceptance of this document to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability.
