Move through the Brain Reorganization Program with direct guidance from Paloma and Dani. Each week, you’ll learn one module, practice the movements at home, and receive live coaching to help you implement the program with confidence.

Throughout the six weeks, we’ll help you understand the movements, recognize common compensations, work through resistance, and build a routine that feels realistic for your family.
